Sceloporus occidentalis longipes is a subspecies of the Western fence lizard.[1] The common name of S.o. longipes is Great Basin fence lizard. There are several subspecies of the Western fence lizard, a species of phrynosomatid lizard, all of which are found in the far western part of North America.[2]
